  3. add automatic lineitem to new orders but just for certain customers

    i know we can add automatic lineitems to new jobs by using Transactor's control centre (new jobs page) but i want to add an automatic product just for a certain customer

    From v7.09 you can have New Jobs start with different Template Items already on the MainForm, and for those to be different for different customers.

    Control center – New Jobs – click Edit This Page – add new item – Choose Item to add to New Orders – Choose ’Include This Product if: Customer has Tag(tag no). You can look up the Customer Tag no from Control Centre – Advanced – Tags – Customer.

    Recommended:
    In the Control Centre – New Jobs page, also tick Customer Must be Selected before Action New. This will force selection of a Customer onto the Main Form prior to Action New Job.

  5. Need a statement detailed

    This is a statement I can run by giving the start and end dates. It will show all invoices and payments for the period, but showing job item details like the statement detailed (unpaid invoices) does

  7. Is it possible to add the month to the aged statement?

    I want the breakdown of aged debts but with the month stated at the top of the statement
