    ... I see a lot of us are asking for this feature. Is there any update on this at all !? Is anyone even reading this?
    I obviously know nothing about software, but seeing some of the other things implimented over the years, I honestly can't see how this is a huge ask.... just had another dentist rung up confused becuse the practice summery doesn't show monthly breakdowns! a bit embarassing that we can't provide this basic information.

    Just wanted to illustrate this again. Normal detailed statements do get sent out, but again another customer wants to know concisely what they owe (as they owe several months) in one page, but I can't provide them with it. Sorry I know you're looking into it. It's just with more and more late payers, and payers that quite frankly struggle with working out what they owe, something like the attachment would really make life easier for all concerned.

    Is there any feedback re this report yet? I'm sure everyone would find this a valuable report. The current practice summary is too 'basic' and doesn't help at all trying to illustrate concise info regarding overdue accounts - which all labs will have. Be good to know if it's something that will be integrated into transactor.

    Please can this be looked at. Each month I have to carefully select different reports/statements to cater for different clients ability to understand a what is owed! I am chasing late payers but as the practice summary statement doesn't give a breakdown of what months that are owed, ONLY one total, I am receiving quite a few over payments- which is pretty time consuming to resolve.

    Hi Sophie. I was just looking on here as I keep sending a request and I don't know if this is looked at/actioned much by transactor anymore !? But I saw yours and though I could help. I don't know what transactor issue you have, but my one is linked to our gmail, so when you e-mail from transactor, it shows the e-mail sent (as it would be to the client) in your 'sent emails', so you can view the statement.

    Be also nice, if it could recognise months to, so we can provide a 'detailed' report that can show not only what owing but breakdown the months totals. (as customers can't work it out themselves)

    So are you saying there is still no ability to delete an already entered note? for example, I have just accidently added some private notes to a job, but in my haste I've actually put them against the wrong job- but they cannot be deleted. Which will cause confusing and inaccuracy.

    Any news on this? I am having to constantly add new line items, when in my haste I do a typo but can't correct it!
